Diversity Matters NW is looking for experienced and highly motivated candidates who share our values and ethos to join our expanding team working with minority communities to address inequalities in health and wellbeing, learning, employment and volunteering. These roles are on a sessional/casual basis to cover peaks in activities and staff leave. Hours will vary depending on the demand.
We are looking for individuals who are experienced in asset-based community development work, passionate about social justice and have worked with women from ethnic minority communities where English is not their first language. You will be highly organised, have good IT literacy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a good working knowledge of local services and work collaboratively with other partners.
**With regards to interpreting roles you MUST hold a minimum of a Level 2 qualification in Community Interpreting
